Snowdrops, Daffodils & the Winter Garden

Saturday 21st Feb | 10:30am - 3:30pm

Join us this February for a rare, guided exploration of Hintlesham Hall’s gardens as early snowdrops and daffodils begin to carpet the estate. Led by our Head Gardener, this seasonal visit offers insight into the evolving gardens and the productive kitchen garden that shapes our menus throughout the year.

A light seasonal lunch is included, created by our Head Chef, and inspired by ingredients grown or foraged from the gardens.

£55 per person, your visit includes:

Hot drink on arrival, Guided Garden tour (morning & afternoon) · Seasonal lunch from our 2 AA Rosette kitchen · Access to the grounds

Mother's Day Afternoon Tea

Sunday 15th March | 13:00 & 16:00 sittings

Treat your mother to a traditional afternoon tea, served in The Garden Room and The Library - two elegant rooms, perfect for afternoon tea dining. 

Savour a selection of sandwiches, sweets and scones served with lashings of strawberry preserve and cream. Additionally, every mother at the table will receive a complimentary gift. 

£40 per person, half price for children under 12.

Burns Night 2027

January 2027

A celebration of Scotland’s larder, poetry, and winter hospitality. Join us for an elegant Burns Night Supper at Hintlesham Hall, where time-honoured Scottish tradition meets refined country-house dining.

The evening will feature the traditional Address to the Haggis, ceremoniously delivered before the main course, followed by a Toast to the Haggis accompanied by a glass of whisky selected from our Burns Night whisky collection.
