We are looking for a strong CDP to run a section within our Rosette kitchen.

 

Seasonal British produce grown in our own kitchen garden

Refined à la carte service and tasting menus

Weddings & private dining

Responsibilities

Run your section during service

Execute dishes to Rosette standard

Maintain prep discipline and stock control

Support junior chefs

Contribute ideas to menu development

Uphold consistency under pressure

 

You Must Be

• Organised
• Technically solid
• Respectful and team-focused
• Serious about standards
• Interested in long-term progression
• Experience Chef: 2 years (required)

£27,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

 

Assist Chef de Parties with daily prep

Learn multiple sections (larder, garnish, pastry support)

Help deliver weddings, private dining & à la carte service

Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation

Develop knife skills, speed and discipline

You won’t be stuck peeling potatoes forever.

 

But you will learn the foundations properly.

This is an opportunity to learn in a structured Rosette kitchen.
