Friday 24th April

Join us for an intimate evening of exceptional food and fine champagne. Guests are welcomed with aperitifs and canapés in the Drawing Room or Library before taking their seats for a specially curated tasting menu, each course paired with an elegant selection of champagnes.

Founded in 1760 in the Grand Cru village of Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, Champagne Delamotte is one of the Côte des Blancs’ most revered houses. For over 260 years, the estate has focused on expressing the purity and elegance of Chardonnay grown in exceptional chalk soils. Their champagnes are celebrated for their finesse, precision and remarkable consistency.

During the evening, guests will enjoy a curated selection including Blanc de Blancs, Brut and Rosé, each introduced and discussed throughout dinner service by representatives from the estate.

Guests arrive from 7:00pm for aperitifs and canapés, with dinner beginning at 7:30pm. The experience lasts approximately 2.5 hours

Founded in 1993, The Lane Vineyard sits high in the pristine Adelaide Hills region where altitude, climate and careful vineyard stewardship produce wines of remarkable balance and character. Led by CEO and co-owner, Jared Stringer, the estate focuses on small-batch production that captures the purity of fruit and distinctive terroir of the region.

Nelson Estate Winery Dinner

Thursday 16th July

Join us for an evening celebrating the heritage and character of Nelson Estate, a family-owned vineyard from South Africa’s historic Paarl region. Guests will begin the evening with aperitifs and canapés in the Drawing Room or Library before enjoying a specially created tasting menu paired with wines from this remarkable estate.

With winemaking roots in the region dating back to the arrival of the French Huguenots in the 17th century, Nelson Estate produces expressive wines that reflect both the history of the land and the craftsmanship of winemaker Lisha Nelson. Today the estate continues this long tradition of winemaking on land steeped in heritage.

Throughout the evening, guests will enjoy a selection of wines including Chenin Blanc, Cabernet Sauvignon/Merlot, Shiraz and Cabernet Franc, with guided tasting and discussion from representatives of the winery during dinner service.

Discover the remarkable wines of Barta Winery from Hungary’s historic Tokaj region during this intimate wine dinner experience at Hintlesham Hall. Located in the historic village of Mád, Barta Winery is dedicated to preserving one of the world’s most historic vineyard landscapes. Founded by Károly Barta, the winery focuses on careful stewardship of its vineyards and minimal-intervention winemaking to express the purity and character of Tokaj’s exceptional terroir.

The evening will explore a selection of Barta wines centred around the celebrated Furmint grape, showcasing both dry and sweet styles that define this historic wine region. Representatives from the winery will host the evening, guiding guests through the wines and their unique story.

A celebration of Scotland’s larder, poetry, and winter hospitality. Join us for an elegant Burns Night Supper at Hintlesham Hall, where time-honoured Scottish tradition meets refined country-house dining.

The evening will feature the traditional Address to the Haggis, ceremoniously delivered before the main course, followed by a Toast to the Haggis accompanied by a glass of whisky selected from our Burns Night whisky collection.
