Cookery Demo: Autumn Edition

Wednesday 9th September

An intimate culinary experience inside the kitchens of Hintlesham Hall. Join Executive Chef Lee Cooper for a relaxed morning exploring the flavours of autumn as he prepares a selection of seasonal dishes, sharing techniques and inspiration behind the restaurant's menu. 

Following the demonstration, guests will move into the restaurant to enjoy a three-course lunch featuring the dishes just prepared. 

Limited to 6 guests for an intimate experience.

Saturday 26th September

The refreshing transition into autumn, a palette of fiery oranges, deep reds, purples, and blue displayed by dahlias, Japanese anemones, marigolds, and cosmos. The veg gardens have shifted gear with the hearty cooler weather, supplying us with vegetables to last us the cooler months.

Wedding Open Day

Sunday 4th October

Discover Hintlesham Hall at one of our dedicated Wedding Viewing Days. An opportunity to experience the house and gardens in a relaxed and unhurried setting.

From 12–3pm, our experienced Events Team will be available to offer personal tours of the Hall, guide you through the Ceremony Room, Wedding Breakfast and Outdoor Spaces, all set for weddings.

Our Events Team will be happy to answer any questions you have about your wedding at Hintlesham Hall. From menus to seating arrangements, timings to the ceremony, we're an experienced team ready to make your dream day a reality. 

Our wedding viewing days are complimentary, and no pre-registration is required. Please arrive anytime between 12pm - 3pm and view at your leisure.

Jo Malone Afternoon Tea

Sunday 11th October 2026, 1pm until 4pm

Experience the world of Jo Malone London at Hintlesham Hall. Explore their most-loved fragrances, from wonderfully unexpected colognes and atmospheric home scents to indulgent bath and body delights. Guided by Jo Malone London’s expert stylists, you'll enjoy an inspiring scent discovery experience alongside a delightful Afternoon Tea.

Suffolk County Christmas Fair

20th - 22nd November

The much-anticipated Suffolk County Christmas Fair is back for 2026, hosted at Hintlesham Hall, presented by Prestige County Events. With over 150 stalls featuring handcrafted, unique items, you can get your Christmas shopping all wrapped up! Enjoy artisan food and drinks as well as festive decorations. Every day, Father Christmas will be roaming the grounds and stopping for photo opportunities.

Suffolk Social isn’t just about celebrating local flavours - it’s about collaboration and creative exchange. In these dinners, we invite both local East Anglian talent and renowned chefs from across the country to join forces with the Hintlesham Hall team.

Together, we craft a shared menu of diverse dishes, each reflecting the distinct styles and stories of the guest chefs. It’s a dynamic, one-night-only experience that transforms the Hall into a hub of culinary creativity and connection, where every dinner tells a new story.

Burns Night 2027

Monday 25th January

A celebration of Scotland’s larder, poetry, and winter hospitality. Join us for an elegant Burns Night Supper at Hintlesham Hall, where time-honoured Scottish tradition meets refined country-house dining.

The evening will feature the traditional Address to the Haggis, ceremoniously delivered before the main course, followed by a Toast to the Haggis accompanied by a glass of whisky selected from our Burns Night whisky collection.
