With room to spread out, settle in comfortably and sleep well, our family rooms provide a peaceful retreat after days spent outdoors.

When children are staying, family board games are placed in every bedroom. It’s a simple pleasure sitting together, playing a game, easing into bedtime and talking about the day as it gently comes to a close. 

During UK school holidays, children stay complimentary when sharing with an adult, encouraging slower mornings and the freedom to enjoy being away together without compromise.

Braganza Suite

Occupying an entire wing of the first floor of Hintlesham Hall, adjacent to the Long Gallery, our showcase Braganza Suite features a spacious bedroom and dressing room, a feature bathroom with twin showers and a claw-foot bath, and an elegant lounge area with original 17th-century plasterwork ceiling.

This opulent suite is our largest, perfect for the most special of stays.  You’ll never want to leave.

Cherry Orchard Suite

Located on the ground floor of the Main House, this characterful Principal Suite features exposed beams, brickwork and gorgeously charming decor. The galleried main bedroom overlooks the lounge below, with an attractive arched window and door leading to a private terrace.

Cherry Orchard can accommodate up to 3 children with a sofa bed and 2 x Z BEDS, and is dog-friendly too.

Please note that this suite includes stairs and a balcony area.
