Here at Hintlesham Hall Hotel Ipswitch, we offer guests the finest ingredients from our newly renovated vegetable patch located within the hotel grounds. The dedicated team carefully pick out each and every crop by hand to ensure they are just right for our guests to enjoy.
The vegetable patch is steeped in history, originally being placed inside the hotel grounds over 30 years ago by Robert Carrier, one of the UK’s first celebrity chef’s. The patch includes a huge variety of different vegetables and fruits from fresh asparaguses to potatoes, as well as much more!
